We use tools that find people off the grid. Not only are we sending messages direct to candidates on LinkedIn, but text, calls and Moore! Haha

Here’s a bit more on my background: 

• I was an IT pro for 15 years, including roles in infrastructure/administration, a devops engineer, a vCIO and more.
• Courageously started recruiting in 2020.
• Myself, my wife and two kids (6 year old daughter and 3 year old son) relocated from Indianapolis to the Cleveland area in the spring of 2021 and settled into Akron, OH. My wife is a pelvic floor physical therapist at the Independence, OH Cleveland Clinic!
• As a recruiter, I’ve placed candidates with a mix of IT and other roles, including accounting and property management. I’ve had significant success by placing candidates in roles more experienced recruiters could not fill.
